Toshiba today announced new SDHC memory cards in their Exceria Pro series, which the company claims will sport the world’s fastest writing speeds. The UHS-II compliant memory cards will boast writing speeds of up to 240MB/s, with reading speeds of up to 260MB/s. These kinds of speeds are relevant to both videographers and photographers that need to save large amounts of data in a very short time. The cards are coming in sizes of 16 and 32 GB and will hit Japanese markets first in October.
